Please make your reservation so as to arrive in Monterrey by noon of September 17^th 2010 and depart after 9:30 AM on Monday the 20^th

We will be met at the airport by MTW Missionaries and immediately taken to lunch.  Following lunch, we will spend most of the remainder of the afternoon at the MTW office/Theological Institute going over unique characteristics and challenges of urban church planting in Monterrey, where the current church plants are located, and the places where we plan to start new churches in the near future.

On Saturday we will spend a very long, informative day visiting the mission churches, and learning about their present status and their long term goals.

On Saturday night we will have a big “Carne Asada” (Bar-B-Que) with some of the mission pastors as well as the MTW missionaries.

On Sunday we will worship with one of the mission churches, have lunch, and then visit the Metro-Centre for a chance to purchase some souvenirs, see the FLAG, and stroll along Monterrey's beautiful new RIVER WALK.  On Sunday evening the group will “Debrief.” During this meeting you get the opportunity to ask all the questions you may have about anything related to the Northern Mexico Church Planting Partnership.

This is but a brief overview of the Vision Trip.  All are a slightly different.  However, each one is exciting and extremely informative.

You will need your passport and $175 in CASH for local transportation and meals.  Credit cards are fine to pay your hotel charges. Personal checks will not work.

You will also need to complete a medical release form and send it back to MTW in Atlanta along  with $25.00 (see address above).  We will send you the forms as soon as you purchase your plane ticket.  These forms are required by MTW.

If you elect to stay in the hotel with the rest of us, your cost will be about $70 per night or $35 double occupancy.  However, you may elect to stay with a missionary or a Mexican family at no room cost.

As soon as you purchase your plane ticket please let me know so that I can make all the local arrangements.
